James Laube, one of the magazine’s top critics wrote, “Just when you think California Pinot Noir can’t get any better, it does”. He awarded the 2007 Heaven & Earth 97 points, published a picture of the vineyard, and put an image of the bottle on the cover of the magazine. And the rest is history. Layered with citrus, florals, and coastal minerality, this Chardonnay balances tension and weight through a blend of Old Wente, Mt. Eden, and Clone 5, aged on lees for depth and texture.
Heaven & Earth Pinot Noir
Bright, focused, and site-driven, this Pinot Noir reflects its cool Occidental valley origins with long hang time, lifted acidity, and layered nuance from Calera, Pommard, and 828 clones.
Cuvee 22 Syrah
Deep, structured, and coastal in character, this cool-climate Syrah shows layered complexity and firm tannins from whole-cluster fermentation and marine sandstone soils.

Located on the furthest western sliver of Sonoma County, made up of steep, rugged mountainous terrain along the Pacific Ocean coastline, the West Sonoma Coast AVA holds approximately 50 vineyards planted with several varieties, mostly Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Syrah. The approval of the AVA recognizes the uniquely cold, marginal, and maritime growing conditions of this region.

Brady has over 20 years of experience in the wine business, including sales, hospitality and even vineyard farming. A summer job working vineyards in the Santa Cruz Mountains after high school, coupled with his family planting their own small vineyard in the late 1990s, created a life-long passion for connecting to people through grapes.
