Clos Solene is a winery inspired by the love story and shared dream of Guillaume and Solene Fabre. They now live at the farmhouse on the property with their three children, Clémentine, Jean, and Juliette.

Guillaume Fabre
Owner & Winemaker
Born and raised in the Southeast of France, Narbonne, Guillaume comes from a family of grape growers and winemakers. He took a harvest internship at L’Aventure in Paso Robles and fell in love with the soil and terroir of Paso Robles. In 2007, he launched his own brand and Clos Solène was born.
