Liquid Farm is such an exciting addition to the Purple Cork lineup. Owner/CEO Jeff Nelson has been in the wine business for the past 20+ years, working for some of the top Champagne and Burgundy houses in France. These are serious old world styled wines while embracing the unique climate of Santa Barbara County.
The low-intervention winemaking style allows the wines to develop on their own, with minimal or no new oak and no additives or machines to manipulate the wines. Purity from vineyard to glass, just as they do in Burgundy, France.
Fun fact: In an effort to lower their carbon footprint, Liquid Farm leaves every bottle soft wax-sealed, which is a biodegradable material. Sleek and sustainable!
